For more than two decades, I have helped companies navigate growth, innovation, digital transformation, and evolving consumer behavior. Throughout my career, I have advised more than 200 brands and influencers, helped generate over $500 million in revenue, raised more than $20 million in growth capital, and led organizations through periods of rapid growth, transformation, and innovation.

I am the Founder and Managing Partner of KBF Ventures, a holding company, investment platform, and strategic consultancy that invests in, builds, and advises innovative companies shaping the future of commerce, consumer products, technology, media, and wellness.

I am the Co-Founder of LumiNicole, an AI-powered automated retail platform transforming how consumers discover and purchase products through intelligent automated retail experiences in universities, hotels, airports, and other high-traffic destinations.

As Co-Creator and Executive Producer of Test & Invest Media, I am building next-generation media properties that connect founders, brands, investors, and consumers through storytelling, commerce, and investment opportunities. Through television, digital media, and experiential platforms, we are reimagining how businesses build community, drive commerce, and access capital.

Through BrainTrust, a platform spanning advisory services, founder development, and investment, I help entrepreneurs and emerging leaders access the relationships, resources, education, and capital needed to build and scale successful businesses.

Previously, I co-founded Digital Brand Architects (DBA), the pioneering influencer marketing and talent management agency acquired by United Talent Agency. My executive leadership experience also includes serving as CEO of a publicly traded company, Chief Digital Officer of CAA-Global Brands Group, Ralph Lauren's first Director of Digital Media, and Vice President at Fleishman-Hillard, where I led growth, digital transformation, innovation, and brand-building initiatives across both entrepreneurial and enterprise organizations.

I also serve on the boards of emerging consumer, media, and beauty companies, helping founders and leadership teams navigate growth, innovation, and strategic expansion.
